After a brief career in real estate, Chris Walsh identified a need for his clients and looked to fill it. Chris was founder and partner of the moving bin start-up, Bin-It. Chris was responsible for marketing, advertising and brand development. Not only did he and his partners have a shoestring budget but they were bringing a new concept to market – not an easy task. Chris created an advertising campaign that landed Bin-It on the front page of the real estate section in The New York Times. Through his efforts Bin-it is now the largest residential moving bin service in the North East.
Chris has a close connection with Hudson County and his entrepreneurial spirit comes as no surprise. His family has been in here since the late 1800’s. His father was born and raised in the Heights where he started a family business. In the early 90’s his father was also part owner in a cafe on Washington Street.
Having sold his stake in Bin-It and looking for ways to leverage his experience and connections Chris met with long time friend Kristin Ehrgott. He quickly realized he and AVENUE share a unique perspective and a drive for service and success. Chris is looking forward to paring his successful approach to sales and marketing with AVENUE to help his clients achieve the best possible outcome.
